Who I am

I'm a back-end developer from Leeuwarden in the north of the Netherlands. Most of my work is PHP and Symfony, and lately most of it sits where back-end development meets AI.

I work at Junction, a digital and creative agency in Leeuwarden, and at Béyonit, where I started as an intern in 2019. Day to day that means setting up AI platforms and fitting them into existing workflows: system prompts and tools for specific use cases, and the infrastructure around them, from API integrations and automation to document generation.

Outside work I build tools for myself. Agent Office is the one I use most: a 3D office where my Claude Code, Cursor and Antigravity agents work as a team. I write about what I learn on the blog, mostly about AI coding agents and the back-end work underneath.

I'm always curious about new tech, and even more about making it useful in practice. Away from the keyboard you'll find me following Formula 1, chasing lap times in sim racing or tinkering with my homelab.
